Lodging is available year round for various activities. Bass tournament participants are welcome, and there is ample room for parking.
The "Captain's Quarters" is a large room off the house with a pool table, TV, VCR, and a stove for your comfort and enjoyment. The large sunroom opens onto a spacious deck with a hot tub.
There is a large pond for fishing and swimming. Conveniently nearby there are restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, bait shops, and wineries.
There is excellent nearby shore and stream fishing on Seneca Lake, and a marina for boat launching.
